Induction Program Summary:

This Induction Program is a condensed version of our recommended Accredited Certificate III Course in Early Childhood Education and Care. It consists of eight units. Five units may be completed online. Three units are delivered in a classroom environment including First Aid, Legal & Ethical Requirements and using the Platform to grow your business.

Learning Outcomes: 

This Program is designed to give the participant enhanced knowledge, confidence and skills to become a higher ranking early childhood FamilyCarer on the Platform providing quality services safely for up to a maximum of three children. Completion of the Program may entitle participants going on to complete a Certificate III course to some recognised prior learning. 


No prerequisites necessary other than being over 18 and entitled to live and work / have a business in Australia.


Participants are assessed during completion of each unit and at the final classroom day. Assessments include case studies, demonstrations, knowledge tests, multiple choice quizzes, short answer questions and workbook activities.
